I love coffee, and I love chocolate, so I just had to try this drink. The results of this recipe created a sweet but refreshing iced coffee beverage, perfect for a brunch cocktail or in lieu of dessert.
The chocolate I used was a dark chocolate from Jacques Torres. I’m going to shamelessly plug for him because I have been absolutely enthralled with his work since his tv show, Chocolate with Jacques Torres, came out in 2002. If you live near NYC, check out one of his stores. If, like me, you can’t visit the stores on a weekly basis, they do ship from his website. This recipe calls for two squares of chocolate. In the picture you can see the size of the two discs I used.
