With fall right around the corner, I’ve been craving heartier meals. The Potato Pepper Salad was a nice way to incorporate a root vegetable but still have the dish cool and refreshing.
The Baked Cabbage and Bacon was bursting with flavor and just melted in our mouths. Using a whole head of cabbage for just three of us left us with plenty of leftovers. The cabbage was just as delicious the next day when added into sandwiches and wraps.
